The TGV is superb, connecting major cities efficiently. It's so fast, you could easily end up in another country if you miss your stop.

Paris has a comprehensive Metro, buses, and trams. You often don't need a car. Though the Metro sometimes smells...unpleasant.
And the countryside? Charming but bumpy roads?
Some roads haven't been updated since the French Revolution. But most highways are excellent, making road trips enjoyable.

Teleportation isn't common, but Monaco's small size makes it feel that way. You could walk across it in under an hour.

I doubt it! But yes, Monaco has spotless buses, mainly used by tourists and staff.

Parking is a competitive sport! Narrow streets, expensive cars, and scarce parking spaces. It should be an Olympic event.
And airports?
Monaco has no airport. But you can arrive by helicopter in seven minutes from Nice airport.
