Leo, let's discuss sporting and adventure options in Denmark and Norway. Denmark's national sport is football, and they're passionate about it. Cycling is also incredibly popular; it's practically a national pastime.
Football is understandable. In Norway, cross-country skiing is hugely popular; it's almost a national religion. And with our mountains, hiking and climbing are major activities.
Denmark's "mountain climbing" is more of a brisk uphill walk, given our lower altitudes. But we do have excellent windsurfing and kitesurfing along our coasts.
Norway boasts mountains, fjords—perfect for kayaking—and even cold-water surfing. You'll need a very thick wetsuit, though!
While the Baltic Sea isn't exactly tropical, the windsurfing is exhilarating. In winter, Norway offers the Northern Lights—an incredible spectacle.
And Norway in winter also offers ice fishing. A rather unique and intense experience!
Both countries offer a diverse range of activities. It really comes down to personal preference.
